What does “Dropping soon” mean?

A shop changed a sold-out listing in a way that usually comes before a sale: tagged it pre-order, added an option, set a price, or made a new collection for it. When we have seen the same shop do this before, the card says how long it usually took until the product was on sale. That is measured from past drops, not a promise.

Is a restock alert a guarantee?

No. It means the shop’s own product page said “in stock” twice in a row. Stock can sell out before you check out, and prices can change.

What does “Follow” do?

Follow checks that product every 15 seconds for 24 hours and shows it under “Following” at the top of this page on this phone or computer. For a message on your phone the moment it changes, use the Telegram bot.
